Vital Signs: T 99.2, HR 93, RR16, BP 102/62 @13:30 T 100.4, HR 98, RR 16, BP 88/50 @ 14:28 Labs: WBC 16.8 @ 10:04 Repeat BP 86/48 @14:30 Blood Cultures & a Lactate level were collected @11:02 and the patient received an IV antibiotic @11:22. The patient meets criteria for Initial Hypotension with the 2 SBP<90 @14:30 What actions need to occur? a. IVF (NS or LR) should be infused @100ml/hr b. IVF (NS or LR) needs to be initiated @30ml/kg and completed within 3hrs (prior to 17:30) c. Monitor & document frequent vital signs d. B & C
