Patient has runny nose, sore and itchy throat, and itchy eyes. Had it for a week. Lozenges and fluids are not helping. She has past medical history of headaches and blurry vision when she reads for too long, and most important asthma and uses Proventil inhaler 2 puffs when needed. She has no cough, breathing difficulties, or wheezing. She is allergic to cats and dust. Also allergic to penicillin. She was diagnosed with allergic rhinitis. What differential diagnosis would you consider based on these findings?
