We have to come up with a problem statement purpose and hypothesis on beside shift reporting.

Problem Statement
             Does bedside shift report increase moral and patient satisfaction as oppose to report at nursing station or via voice recorder?
Purpose of the Study
The purpose of this study was to show how bedside reporting versus standard report increase patient morale and overall satisfaction.
Research Hypothesis. Besides reporting will improve patient morale and overall satisfaction.
Null Hypothesis. Bedside reporting will not improve patient morale and overall satisfaction.
