Research and comment on a public or community health model that encompasses your beliefs about population health. Note: I am looking for population health models, not nursing theorists or individual health models (e.g., health belief model, Prochaska, etc.). This discussion focuses on how the NP can influence the health of groups or populations, not an individual’s health.
