She is divorced and living with a companion. Nanette takes Levothyrioxine 125 mcg daily for Hypothyroidism, Metformin 500mg BID for Type II diabetes, Lisinopril 10 mg qd for Hypertension, and Simvastatin 20 mg for Hyperlipidemia.
